Initially, when I first started checking the ketogenic diet, my main goal was to lose extra weight. I am what I call «recovering obesity», exactly the same people who have already abstained from alcohol can be well called «recovery of alcohol». The first way to get me into the ketogenic diet as a way to lose weight is to strictly limit your carbohydrate intake at any time, and you will be able to force your system to choose fat fuels instead of relying on carbohydrates. I am interested in life hacking attacks and «thoughts in material matter». The simple fact is that I will take extra control of my body to become a big incentive.
In addition to my commitment to train my body to use fat as a fuel, I am also associated with the saying that hunger and loss of appetite. Anyone who has tried the diet knows that the pain of hunger is generally a terrible management. When the willpower falls at the wrong time, it is not difficult to get rid of the week’s caring diet with a carnival. Many people generally say that after eating a ketogenic diet for a limited time (2-4 for most people), they found that they were just not as hungry as before, even in a calorie-reducing diet! Not so hungry, meaning The chances of messing up the diet plan are reduced, which is a big plus for me.
Finally, I found myself fascinated by the food, I will try to eat, and keep my ketogenic diet. I have been curious not only for eating food for a long time, so I like cooking very much. Of course, if you can find a food of the main truth, it is really fat equal to the taste! Encounter one that only allows but encourages fat as food. The diet plan is like discovering the ultimate goal. However, as I told anyone, I have discussed with whom I have a ketogenic diet. This is not a diet plan. I suggest you eat whatever you want. Weight loss is essentially math… If you eat less calories than you spend, you can expect to lose weight and stop completely. But by making the calories I eat delicious, I don’t want extra calories, and I’m more likely to follow my plan. Or at least that’s the theory.
